SwipeSmart ("the app") is a credit card rewards optimizer for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.

Data We Do Not Collect

SwipeSmart does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information.
• We do not collect financial account numbers or credit card numbers.
• We do not use analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, or third-party trackers.
• We do not share any data with third parties.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All information you enter (card names, reward multipliers, spending categories) is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's standard local storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Sash Ventures LLC or anyone else.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

SwipeSmart offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly) processed entirely through Apple's App Store. Sash Ventures LLC does not receive or store your payment information. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Push Notifications

The app may send local notifications (on the 1st of each month) reminding you to update your card reward categories. These are generated on-device and do not involve any server communication. You can disable them at any time in iPhone Settings → Notifications → SwipeSmart.

Children's Privacy

SwipeSmart is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
